Add ability to impersonate inactive colleagues. Right now the system locks this ability when they are inactive, but it would be helpful for administrators to be able to impersonate should they need to change any inaccurate information reported by the inactive employee.

Hi Alyssa, thank you for your submission. This functionality does exist and is available for your CSM to assist you with. The CSM is able to use YourCause internal admin tool to convert the inactive employee to a manual user account. Once the CSM updates, it will allow you to impersonate that user.
