Remove inactive employee future hours when inactive
For data integrity purposes the system should remove future hours logged when an employee becomes inactive in the site. The previously logged information should remind, but future hours are not valid.
Does the previously logged information remain? My participation by company manager report does not include inactive employees even though the Volunteer Participation report does include those hours.
We actually did some work on this in 2021, and added the Employee inactive/active flag to Ad hoc for Volunteer Participation. I agree with this idea because it would be helpful to have this in all reporting, not just a single data source.
