When there is an Incentive to redeem, please indicate on Home page with an exclamation mark in the top nav. Right now, while there is a notificaiton email that is sent when an Incentive is ready to redeem (we love that!), there is no notification in the site that stands out (either in Red font or with an exclamation mark). There is the "incentives available" box at the top, but that looks like all the other stats that show and doesn't stand out. We need a call to action so that when employee log in, they see it and will go to Incentives to redeem.
