Incentive Rule set up is missing red star to indicate a required field

Incentives rules wouldn’t save and I couldn’t figure out what was missing. Finally, I realized we needed to Manage Amounts. For other required fields, there is a red star next to those fields, but there isn’t for Manage Amounts. Can we please add a red star there?
