Ability to decide between two options:

1. 50 miles from HR location

2. Only show volunteer events by segment

   1. Example: If in the US segment then US employees can only see US based events & "Virtual - US" events

   2. Example: If in the Poland Segment then Polish employees can only see Poland based events & "Virtual - Poland" events

We currently segment Volunteer Charity Buckets, but we do not segment Volunteer events.
