Ability to copy Engagement Elements

This would be useful for EEs that have coding. As well as for "repeat" types of EEs such as nonprofit partner highlights, disasters and promoting groups or events.

    Hello, we are working on some new features for Engagement Elements and one of those is the ability to copy an EE to reuse again. Timing is still TBD, but it is planned.
