Add Fundraising Tab to Groups landing page (in addition to messages, events, etc.)

Add "Fundraising" Tab to "Groups" landing page (in addition to messages, events, members, etc.). Would be able to link specific fundraisers to a Group page.

    In addition it would be great to easily link fundraisers to groups - or enable HTML in the message posts!
