Bulk import individual volunteer activities through spreadsheet file upload

Is there a Macro that could be added to the site to include the date/hours from a spreadsheet, such as the one attached (exported from CAPA’s volunteer site) that could more quickly add a lot of hours over a bunch of different dates?
