This would be useful bc admins can see all the emails that are sent when they are in the Admin panel and use the Search Employee function. So why can't the employee see all CSRconnect generated emails. Or at least have the option? Right now, it seems only volunteer related emails show in CSRconnect to the user/employee
I know this isn't exactly related, but it gets at the point of this idea. We had an employee who was looking for a copy of an email/message about a volunteer event approval IN CSRconnect. She was asking when the email would come that would indicate next steps. Since the Messages function doesn't seem to work with the messages that are sent out about approvals etc., we have another process we have had to create. Just sharing with because we think she was very smart to look IN CSRconnect under Account/Messages to find what was sent her to. But alas, there was nothing there. Any movement on getting this to work so that all messages that are sent from CSRconnect are kept in the employees record so they can access them in one place?
