When a colleague uses the board membership feature in their profile to indicate a commitment, there is no system warming to update or renew their date if it is approaching the end of the date they selected. Since they have to select a start and end date this feature would help colleagues extend an ongoing opportunity. It would be helpful so that they don't have to keep track of an end date - that the system would help remind them in case it needs to be refreshed. Even just an auto-email at the end of service thanking them like the system does when an event they signed up has passed.
