Create Custom Question option of 'notification text field'

Current Dialog Box gives option for text response, would like to have this disabled. Client wants to notify end users with a text box, no response required or needed.

    PS @chris my initial submission had a typo - i wrote 'open' not 'option' and it made... no sense

    They want to be able to show a message via conditional logic (within the custom questions function). Ex.


    QUESTION 1 - Do you prefer dogs or cats?

    QUESTION 2 (if answer 'dogs' to Q1) - Good choice! Me too. Thank you for your time.

    (no option for response by end user - not really a question but rather customizable message based on conditional logic).


    We could not figure out how to put a message without optional text response prompting the end user.
