the Select field under Board Membership in Volunteer should be removed as it is redundant to the blue button that says Manage Membership Role. I will just add that my teammate added that the Manage Membership Role blue button might be updated to say "Select/Manage Membership Role" since that is truly the two options that the button provides.
Additionally, when you click on the "Manage Membership Role" button, it opens up a new dialog box and the directions at the top could be more clear if they said." Select your board membership role for this charity below by clicking on the '+". If you do not see your role, you can create a new one."
It is not super clear that you should click on the + sign to complete the action of selecting the membership term/role.
