"Featured" Tab on Homepage

As an admin, I want to configure the text that displays on the "featured" tab on the new Homepage (that displays the names of the engagement elements if clicked). Similar how we have the opportunity to configure the name for the "Incentives page" that displays.

    I second this - as do my clients. Would like the ability to have this name be configurable like the Incentives tab. "Featured" can be confused with "Featured Organizations" below.
