Make users name visible on all pages in CSR connect

With the new homepage design, we can only see the users name on the Home page. This can be confusing when impersonating an employee. Please see the attached for more details.

    Hi! I am in the midst of an audit and when I provide screenshots of CSRconnect, there is no name of the user that carries through so the auditors are questioning if the screenshots are really associated with said employee. Please add this ASAP!
