Employees are constantly confused at this point of the redemption process (photo attached). Even with the instructions currently on the page, i have consistent outreach centered on confusion on how to proceed. No one notices the check box next to hours. The photo attached is from an employee and not even he noticed the box (next to his quesiton mark). Can we make instructions much more obvious -- put a description of the process at the top and make the box more obvious - bolded/highlighted?
Ideally this step is taken out (but I'm guessing this functionality is useful to some clients?). For us, it just creates more confusion and is not needed.
