Having an opportunities section and an "other opportunities" section when you only have 1 incentive program running is very confusing -- folks think they can earn multiple grants. The secondary "other opportunities" box is not needed and creates more confusion.
Would be ideal if the other opportunities box only shows programs that aren't being shown above it under opportunities. Also, the "other" box wouldn't be there unless there are more than 1 programs.
Adding to this idea from 2022 that does not appear to be resolved.
The way the incentives page is set is confusing to our users - would be great to make the "Other Opportunities" section optional or, in my opinion, to remove it all together as it is not interactive anyways.
At the very least it would be helpful if there was an ability to add a description under "Other Opportunities" to explain to employees what this section is for (and also helpful for our admins who equally don't understand the purpose).
