It would be awesome if we could some how integrate the HR file to speak to the VTO feature. I have a client whose employees enter their VTO into their HR system and would love for the VTO to be captured in CSRconnect via the HR file.

The idea would be that employees enter in VTO in the internal HR system and it is added as field in the HR file the client sends. Each time the client sends the file the VTO would be captured in CSRconnect somehow and the client could easily report out on it without having to ask the employee to log the VTO both in the internal system and CSRconnect.
