Hi Kate, thank you for the submission. We will need to look into if this is possible or not. The reason it works as it does today is the downloaded file when a user selects Outlook for the calendar invite is because that file that downloads is what initiates the connection to outlook to then add the outlook calendar. As we do not want to send any attachments with the confirmation/signup emails, a link would be ideal, but engineering was not able to find a solution for this previously that would work for a deeplink that would then initiate a download without it being flagged. We can investigate options but wanted to be upfront that this might not be possible currently. Product will follow up once we know more.
