Use Case: I want to give to a charity that is not yet vetted and available to give to via CSRc.
Issue: In the event of a disaster or a special campaign the ability for a client to quickly make a non-vetted charity available to give limits their desired state of fund raising for their employees towards a certain cause.
Proposed Solution:
Client / employee nominates an organization for inclusion in the giving program
Client / employee selects quick availability of organization and is required to select a vetted, available, secondary charity
Expectations are set that we will work to vet the charity in XX days and if determined not usable, e.g., charity fails to provide documentation, not ED eligible, etc., then funds will be distributed to secondary charity
Organization is quick vetted, e.g., compliance screen for OFAC, AML and made available for immediate giving acceptance
Employee selects organization to give
Employee acknowledges terms/conditions of quick availability and their understanding that funds may go to the second charity if not vetted

Notification of status throughout the lifecycle of the gift and destination
