Client is migrating from G-suite to Outlook and as a part of this migration they are reviewing the calendar invitation download experience of end users. Following the download, a Google calendar invitation opens directly into the calendar while an Outlook invitation downloads and needs to be opened by the user and added to the calendar. Client would prefer for the calendar invitation to open directly in the Outlook calendar, similar to the Google experience.
