Create a stock thumbnail image (similar to the stock image that appears on events and nonprofit profiles) that automatically appears for Fundraisers without a main image on homepage Fundraiser Carousel.

Right now, the homepage tile shows a download error image. A stock thumbnail image in place of the download error image would provide a more streamlined homepage aesthetic.
