Remove HTML in the About Section | Active EEs | Client Admin Panel

Our clients should be updating their own EEs - if they don't have someone to update HTML, we are not responsible for it. Removing this section (see attached) will help the system line up with our messaging.

    We use HTML as client admins and would not recommend removing it. It is helpful to be able to use some special features to make the EE more engaging. As long as an EE can be made without HTML, but can be use/enhanced with HTML, I am all for keeping it.

    I think we should still have messaging indicating that code can break the EE. We do manage EEs for some higher touch clients. Modifying the language would be fine, but I don't think it should be fully removed.
