When users login via basic login we are able to provide custom text that helps users know what information is needed in order to login. The label for this text reflects 'Hint' and is not able to be customized. We are asking to have the ability to be able to customize this label to better help our users login.

For example, we would prefer the label to read 'Detailed Instructions'.
