Add prompt on Success Activity Saved page

Add prompt on Success Activity Saved page that informs users immediately if they have volunteer grant

This would be useful because most employees after logging hours stop when they get to the Success Activity Saved page and don't know when they have reached the required hours for a volunteer grant. There is the button to return to My Volunteering, but that doesn't mean anything actually/doesn't indicate if there is a grant to apply for or not.
