Require Organization Contact Name when there is no contact information
Currently users are prompted to add org contact info only when Organization Needs Vetting, would like to make this option or mandatory for all orgs even if vetting is not required.
Hi Sarah, thank you for sharing this idea with us. In the insist that vetting is shown. This is because this organization has not registered in our system to be eligible for giving. The contact info that the employee provided, is used as outreach from our nonprofit team in the attempt to get them registered to become eligible for giving. Organizations within our system that do not have an administrator, but are eligible for giving, are tied to our different charity sources. Specifically for the US organizations, their give eligibility is set by their status with the IRS but does not require an administrator. An administrator is typically what is utilized as the organization's contact. Our teams are constantly working on reaching out to organizations without administrators to gather their contact info.
While we know we can't require this across every organization, would it be helpful to display when we do have contact info for organizations in more places throughout the platform? And also display on the platform to employees when we do not have contact info, allowing them to submit a suggestion or outreach from our nonprofit team. We will only be able to display them once they are registered but this would allow employees to be more involved in this process.
