In the example in the video https://share.vidyard.com/watch/mGVXvdyhDb88SbygM7zfrL?, for this Habitat volunteer event we have MANY shifts, so when the email comes to me as the coordinator that someone has left the volunteer event, unless I know what shift (date and time), it is extra work for me to find their name in the list and figure out what shift they were in and then do the back fill. Additionally, this links to another idea where we would like the emails that go to organizers be OPTIONAL because not all organizers need all notifications for all shifts.
