We have 5 clients that have compliance requirements for match approvals. Currently there is no easy way to be able to QC matches to ensure that nothing out of compliance was approved. Recently 134 matches were approved for AIG that were to clients out of AIGs compliance.

Our first choice would be to have the field NPO Compliances export when you click on Export Grants.

Our second choice would be to have this field available to report on in Tableau.

Currently our work around is to export out all of the approved matches from each program, which can result in 10+ files depending on the client and the number of programs they have. We then combine all of the files .

Next we export out the charity compliance report from NPO connect for each client. We then remove all approved clients in the file. Then we use this file and our exported grants file to do a cross check to ensure nothing was approved to a charity out of compliance.

This adds a significant amount of time to our work. If we were able either export out that field or report on it in tableau it would save us several hours per client.
