Currently when admins deny matches there is the opportunity to add custom text to the deny email that the employee gets to let them know why the match was denied. We would love the ability to do the same when approving a match. To either thank the employee for donating, let them know that it's a one time approval but it won't be approved in the future. If it is related to a double match, the ability to remind the employee through the custom language that the double match opportunities will be ending etc..
