Please consider enhancing organization search across all user facing CSRconnect workflows by standardizing the search experience to match Give > Search Organizations. Today, that search allows users to enter an organization name, registration ID, or keyword in a single search field without first identifying which type of information they are entering.

Extend this same flexible search experience anywhere users are asked to find an organization, including:

• Redeeming an Incentive

• Redeeming a Cause Card

• Creating an Event or Project

• Recording Individual Activity

The enhancement should also consider standardizing guidance around the term Registration ID. Many end users may not understand what a registration ID is or what value they should enter. Give > Search Organizations currently provides a tooltip explaining this field, but similar guidance is not consistently available in other organization search experiences.
