In a meeting with Diageo this morning onsite, we talked about how employees could express interest in volunteer opportunities ahead of booking in the dates. They have a lot of activities with schools where they want to find out who would be willing to volunteer prior to setting up an event and holding the necessary safeguarding training. Could we add a feature that would be a precursor to the event itself where they express interest first. Then, if the event moves forward, it takes those that are interested and adds them into the event, prompting them to confirm that they are still going to participate?
