Increase character count for volunteer event description

It appears this number was recently decreased and it has negatively impacted our volunteer events listings.

    It must've been a glitch then! Myself and another employee both encountered it on separate occasions when creating events where it cut off our descriptions.

    Hi Savannah, how many characters are you being limited to in the description? When I was testing I was able to input 21,000 character with no issues.

    Descriptions cut you off after so much text. Can we please increase that number?
