Link the Organization Name to charity profile and add Registration ID column in CSRc - My Account / Vetting Requests

On the 'My Account' / 'Vetting Requests' page in CSRc, linking the name of the organization to its respective charity profile and adding a column to include their Registration ID would be helpful, as sometimes there are multiple organizations with the same name. An example being the photo included here ("St Joseph Church").

For insight, the My Giving Page includes the linked charity profile feature

The Registration ID could also be added as a line-item in the 'Vetting Request Confirmation' emails the submitter receives (photo referenced as well). This is standard in other CSRc confirmation emails, such as Donation and Match Requests confirmations.
