1. All external AND anonymous donors show email address in reporting regardless

2. Anonymity is treated as a blanket wish, but does not specify anonymous TO WHOM

Ideas pertaining to 'levels of anonymity' for the end user -

• Does it make sense to have a setting for ‘anonymous to ​________’ vs. simply anonymous? That would allow end users to specify where anonymity is directed.

• Is there a permissions angle that could support this? Allow Fundraising admins adhoc access to anonymity details via our admin settings? Ex. Yes can view anonymous donor data or No cannot view anonymous donor data
