We need CSRconnect reporting that helps admins identify employees who qualify for volunteer rewards or T-shirts and manage the fulfillment process from eligibility through completion.

For volunteer reward programs, admins may need to know which employees have reached a defined volunteer-hours threshold, such as 25+ hours in a program year or campaign period. Today, this can require exporting detailed participation records, manually totaling hours by employee, and then separately managing T-shirt size, shipping, event, and fulfillment details.

Please add a reporting option that allows admins to define eligibility criteria and export a fulfillment-ready list. Useful criteria and fields would include:
- employee or participant identifier
- employee name and email
- total eligible volunteer hours
- threshold met, such as 25+ hours
- date threshold was reached, if available
- event/project participation contributing to eligibility
- campaign or program period
- T-shirt size or reward selection
- shipping address or fulfillment address, if captured
- fulfillment status, such as not started, ordered, shipped, completed, or exception
- coordinator or event owner
- event/project name and event date
- guest/employee indicator
