Problem: Clients using payroll giving cannot asks employees to resubmit match requests. They can only approve or deny. Once the payroll pledge is made, admins have limited ability to correct or ask the employee to resubmit before it impacts the payroll pledge.
Requested Enhancement: Provide admins with the ability to resubmit match requests to employees to resolve requests before payroll processing is complete. Example: Being able to ask the employee to resubmit the match request to update the designation to be within their matching guidelines.
This would improve the employee experience by preventing situations where employees see a payroll deduction occur and only later learn the match couldn't be processed.
