We need the ability to bypass the onboarding selections if in Impersonation mode. If I am impersonating, I get the preferred language page and the preferred email screen, I am unable to get to the profile without filling those out, which should be filled out only by the employee. Much like the ability to bypass the location selection pop-up when impersonating (otherwise would be required), requesting the ability to recognize impersonation mode and bypass the required onboarding selections so they remain available when the actual employee logs in.
