It has recently been discovered that matches that are reviewed after certain time periods in match programs, even if approved by an admin are NOT included in a funding request. There is no notification and they just fall off. Any and all approved matches or incentives should be pulled through to funding requests in a timely manner. It shouldn't matter if a program has ended before it's review. Approved is approved.
