It would be highly beneficial for us to be able to track the number of customers that are participating in our volunteer events. We'd like to have the ability to designate a customizable list of options under the "Allow Guests to Attend" option. Or if there needs to be a static list available, we'd suggest customers, contingent workers, family, and friends be included as the options. However, each company may want to customize what those drop downs include. Tracking customer impact would add great value to our program reporting.
