Board Memberships previously logged in CSRconnect do not require additional action to be taken when enabling the Board Membership Affirmation Statement - only new board membership entries require the end user to agree to the statement before they are able to save the entry.

When editing a previous Board Membership (prior to an affirmation statement being enabled), the Board Membership Affirmation Statement is not presented to the end user.

In knowing this information, we would like to ask that a board membership affirmation statement be required for previous entries or entries edited after the affirmation is enabled.
