As part of our reporting process, we make manual adjustments to our volunteering data outside of YourCause. This includes reconciling volunteer hours with timesheets and cleaning up responses to custom questions before completing our year-end reporting.

As these changes are made outside the platform, the data in YourCause is no longer an accurate reflection of our final reporting data. This means we can't fully utilise Impact Edge and other reporting and insights features, as they are based on outdated information.

It would be great if there was a way to bulk upload or overwrite volunteering data at the end of a financial year, allowing organisations to update YourCause with their final reconciled dataset to use the platform's built in reporting and analytics features.
