Allow the ability to add a custom tag to a person so you can pull a report with those people without using the HR file

I would love the ability to tag our senior leaders so that I can pull reports specifically about them! We had the ability to do that on our last Volunteer Management System and it was great! We don't have this data point on the HR file unfortunately, so we are trying to find a workaround.
