I recommend adding two key enhancements to improve survey functionality:

• Scheduled Distribution: Allow surveys to be automatically sent after a set number of days (e.g., following a specific action or event), rather than relying on CSRconnect timing.

• Conditional Logic: Enable conditional follow-up questions based on previous responses to create a more tailored and relevant survey experience.

• Editable Templates in Admin: Allow admins to edit the existing survey template communication (not just add new text). Currently, it cannot be modified, which limits flexibility and makes it difficult to fully customize messaging.
