Been able to see the top employees who volunteer throughout the year by having the total count of hours next to their name in the reporting tab.

I had this capability with Kadince, and it made reporting to Market Presidents smoother. Having to weed through an excel spreadsheet is a time consumption I was not prepared for when we switched from Kadince to Blackbaud.
