We have a special match program where we will be requiring receipts for offline donations. Normally, we don't match offline donations, but for this special program this year, we are honoring matches to offline donations and therefore need receipts to be uploaded. But when we turn this feature on, it now requires our regular offline donation (record only) entries to have a receipt.
