Currently, you can only add a Board Membership to your account if the organization is listed in the system. It would be wonderful if the same statement and link from "Individual Activity" entry detail - "Benefitting Organization" would allow the user to add their own organization name. The user is unable to proceed to add the board membership position if the organization does not show up in the search. We track all the Board and Committee service of our employees and this would help our reporting accuracy.
