For all areas where text formatting can be found. Avoiding an annoying redirect and having to backtrack.

The platform is no longer requiring HTML for most functionality - this is a remaining item where HTML is needed. If addressed, folks could rely on text toolbar for all hyperlinking.

Important when opening multiple charity profiles; can only open one at a time currently since there is no option to open in a new tab.
