Improve new opportunity automated email

The automated email that is sent lacks details about the event. The email includes the event title, a hyperlink to the event in CCP, and the date, time, location of the event. Users have to click on the event title hyperlink to see the benefiting organization and full event description. I think we lose potential volunteers because the email doesn't include enough information; members decide whether or not to click on the event and sign up for the event based solely on the email and the title in the email. For example, we recently organized an event titled "Fiesta de Mayo Half Marathon". In this case, some members might assume volunteers are participating in a half marathon and not click on the event to learn the true nature of the volunteering. In this example, the volunteers actually help with packet pickup, water tables, etc. But they don't know that unless they click to read more, and we lose some potential volunteers before they click. If members could see the benefiting organization and a summary of the event in the actual email, they would understand the volunteer activity and feel inspired to sign up. It would be great to include the benefiting organization and event summary in the body of the automated email, so members don't make decisions about whether or not to volunteer based solely on the title of the event.
