We frequently work with senior leaders and their executive assistants to submit requests through our iteration of CSRconnect. I was exploring whether there was a possibility to create a Role with Permissions to enable search and impersonation of a limited population of employees. Specifically, if there was a functionality that allowed for "Can Impersonate Employees" with a secondary question that indicated "All Employees" or allowed for a selection of specific employees where the new user in that role would have permissions to impersonate on behalf of that employee. This would be particularly useful for assistants, team admins, etc.
