In meeting with London Stock Exchange Group this week, they said the main question they get from employees is why it says "bb giving" on their bank account statement when they donate via the platform. They often think some fraudulent activity has happened. We should add something into the platform that makes this abundantly clear that when they donate, this is what will show on their account. Using custom text is okay but it doesn't really jump out at you. And, if giving via credit card, sometimes you are getting redirected to other partner pages so custom text wouldn't help in this case. Probably much harder would be the ability to add the charity name into the line item on their bank account so it's much more clear such as "bb giving - Macmillan Cancer Support."
