Ability for CSRconnect to have a post event volunteer survey

Gathering meaningful volunteer metrics is important (https://blog.submittable.com/impact-of-corporate-volunteering/) and it would be great to have a survey tool in CSRconnect that is customizable so clients can ask the questions they want and then we could report out on the results.

    Since the survey option that is available doesn't work for us, we are requesting that the Post Event Reminder (V020) email template be updated to customizable so we can include a link to our own survey tool.
